How can David Petraeus be guilty, while….

In Uncategorized on April 23, 2015 at 11:04 pm

How can David Petraeus be guilty, while….Hillary walks free?

Former CIA Director David Petraeus, whose career was destroyed by an extramarital affair with his biographer.  How can this American Hero face a trail and be found guilty when Hillary Clinton get to whip her server clean, ignore Congress, say “what difference does it make” and move imaginable amounts of money from foreign countries on a whim.

How can David Petraeus be guilty, while…. President Obama gets to take responsibility for a death of an American Citizen from a drone strike only to blame the CIA.

How can David Petraeus be guilty, while…. Secretary of State Lies to congress and the American People about the Nuke that Iran will have soon?

How can David Petraeus be guilty, while…. Harry Reid gets to accuse a Republican nominee for President of not paying taxes without a shred of evidence then laugh it off as a political ploy?

How can David Petraeus be guilty, while….the daily press briefing is a list of lies and misinformation that no one ever prosecutes.

How can David Petraeus be guilty, while….Eric Holder is allowed to choose which laws he will enforce?

How can David Petraeus be guilty, while….he served our country, lead troops and kept a journal.  What secrets could possibly be kept after the fact.  Obama should pardon him today.

The world is in a sorry state when we go after our hero’s and honor our thieves.

Stopping Obama

In Constitution, Executive order, Obama, President obamas Cabinet, Uncategorized on January 1, 2015 at 11:55 pm

Stopping Obama the Ruling President!  How will the Senate, Congress or Courts stop a Ruling President from just declaring any law he wishes?  At any moment he can do exactly what the founding fathers had tried so hard to prevent in the United States of America, a Dictator style of leadership.  We are a country of compromises, and usually both sides are dissatisfied.  The Democrats should be as worried as the Republicans and Independents.  What will happen if Sarah Palin had the same power?  Every Democrat and liberal reporter would be up in arms as a President Palin bypassed Congress and the American People and did what ever they wished by Czar, Executive Order or Presidential decree.   It’s the process of how we are forced as each Executive order is decreed,  that should scare Americans.  It’s not up the the President to threaten congress with his choice of what to do, and then just force a New Signature based law upon the American People.   Harry Reid will be screaming if a President Palin just signed every choice of hers onto the American People.  But as Majority leader Mr. Reid has been a willing accomplice to President Obama.  Was Obama Care really worth throwing out 230 years of Senate Rule?  Will Closing Gitmo by Presidential Pardons really make the world Safer in the eyes of our enemies? Are Cuba and the Castro regime worth bypassing the Senate on foreign affairs?  (For those to young they aimed Russian Nukes at the United States).   Will we bail out Venezuela when they tank their economy, while hurting their people.

Stopping Obama must be done within the rules of law.  Where is the free Press?  They are a willing accomplice to get their view of the world not the other way around.  Turn off those networks that do not cover the IRS Scandal, Golf Gate, Illegal Immigrants flooding the boarders, Benghazi hidden agenda that caused 4 Americans to Die.  Where was the President on that night?  Why doesn’t the Press push for an answer?

Stopping Obama, Oprah supported him, and asked her followers to vote for this man.  Oprah still has a following and is regarded as one of the greatest Americans of her time.  In 6 years how many people can still say they support President Obama and his policies.  He keeps telling people what they want to hear, or as it used to be called, The President is lying.  Where is Oprah Now with the Obama’s?  Where are the other Liberal Elites who asked for Americans to Vote for him?

The Fable of the Emperors new cloths tells of a boy who believed his own eyes as his King ran around naked in front of everyone who told him he looked great.  Well, Open your eyes America.

The Courts must prevent an activist President from fundamentally “bringing Change to America” by Executive Order.  It is unconstitutional and must be brought before Supreme Court.

If every person who reads this would just contact their own congressman and voice their opinion it would be a start to the people taking control.

Require Congress to work for their Paycheck

Congress has plassed a bill that will pay all furloughed workers.  How about a bill that will not pay any federally elected official during a government shutdown.  I think they would be a little more attentive if they did not receive any federally funded money, federally funded back pay, federally funded gym membership, federally funded free meals, federally funded free stamps, federally funded flights, federally funded junkets you get the idea.  When the Government is closed, such as no federal parks or veterans benefits, then Congress and the president lose money.

Whats Harry Reid Hiding?

President Obama talks alone with Senate Majori...

The AARP letter shows Senator Harry Reid responding to Social Security with a typical Liberal confusing answer.  Now it has disappeared off Senator Reid’s own website.  Has he changed his mind again?  Or realized that his answer would cost him more votes?  You decide.

AARP: Our Nation’s deficit is threatening our economy and the financial security of future generations, and it needs to be reduced. Congress must cut wasteful spending, but we need to make sure that any proposed solutions look at the impact on real people, not just budget numbers. Unfortunately, there are proposals to reduce the deficit by cutting Social Security benefits Americans have earned over a lifetime of hard work. Social Security is paid for by contributions from workers and their employers and has not added to the deficit. Instead of cutting Social Security to reduce the deficit, Congress needs to crack down on waste and inefficient spending and make the tough decisions to fairly balance revenue and spending.

Harry Reid: I also am concerned that privatization could require more than $5 trillion in new debt to finance privatized accounts. This huge new debt would pose unnecessary risks to our economy, and threaten to slow growth and lead to large tax increases in the future. (Source: http://reid.senate.gov/issues/socialsecurity.cfm)

(this link no longer works on Senator Reid’s own web site)

Sharron Angle: The fastest way to get the economy moving again is to cut spending, pay back the national debt, and make permanent the Bush Tax Cuts which are due to expire in just a few months. Steps like these would go a long way toward giving the business community the confidence they need to start creating jobs and hiring again. (Source: http://sharronangle.com/issues)

Attention Senator Reid:  Allowing people to save Social Security Money, does not add new Debt.  It provides security for seniors when they are at an age to enjoy whats left of their life.   When they no longer wish to hope that their government has spent them into the poor house.  Privatization would allow them to not worry about politicians such as yourself spending all their hard earned money.

Perhaps you would care to explain why after years of seniors putting money into social security this years Senate took a RAISE but Social security did not…..

Enjoy your retirement Senator.

Should Congress join the American People in their Healthcare Plan?

Doctor Costs

In Uncategorized on November 25, 2009 at 2:05 am

The first year at Harvard according to their web site is $66,600 then put that at 8 years. $532,800.00 if it were paid out of pocket. That includes living expenses and the education. Also nice to see real value when you adjust for weeding out people who probably didn’t deserve to get into Med School.
Medicare is offering on average of $41.00 to the doctor for each visit. (this is the average of a visit based on the sites that provided actual monies, most gave percentages which were a crazy government formula).
If the doctor sees two patients an hour and works an eight hour day a doctor could earn a whopping $656.00 from Medicare. The next health plan will be worse. Because all doctors will be forced to accept what is paid. They won’t be able to play nurse, receptionist, or a couple of ex wives. What is the world coming to. Lets put congress at this same formula. Or at least force congress to use this new health care program that they are so sure we need.

Your Elected Representative!

In Uncategorized on October 17, 2009 at 1:52 am

Is your elected representative an honest person? Only yours not all of congress but the person (in Washington) that you cast your vote for. If you believe you have voted for an honest politician please post your district and elected person here. I’m curious if anyone believes anyone in congress or the senate is honest.

Do you trust your congress person?

In Uncategorized on September 24, 2009 at 10:52 pm

Do you Trust YOURS?  You may name him or her, but do you TRUST the one that represents YOU?  If so, WHY?  If Not (watch the language) and WHY NOT?  Your district would help.

Humana and the 1st Amendment

In Uncategorized on September 24, 2009 at 3:04 pm

This is the Letter that Congress and the Obama Administration believe they need to stop from being read.  Why?  What next, banning books?

With the media reporting daily on Congress’ and President Obama’s efforts to enact meaningful health reforms this year, many Humana Medicare Advantage (MA) members are contacting us with questions. Members just like you want to know what these reforms might mean for their Medicare health plan and how they can get involved to help protect Medicare Advantage.

We are working diligently to ensure that our nation’s leaders understand how proposed reforms might affect you. At the same;time, we have created the Partner program to keep you informed about proposed Medicare changes and help you get involved so your voice is heard in Washington. Your opinions matter to us, to others on Medicare, and to your elected officials. There are two things you can do now to help show Congress the importance of Medicare Advantage:

• Opt into the Partner program. Becoming a Partner is easy. Just complete the accompanying, postage-paid form and follow the instructions to fold and mail it back. As a Humana Partner, you will join more than 50,000
Humana Medicare Advantage members who are receiving information about this issue and learning how to get involved to protect your Medicare health plan coverage.

• Let your Members of Congress know why Medicare Advantage is important to you. Congress is considering significant cuts to Medicare Advantage now, and your Members of Congress will want to know why this program is valuable to you because these cuts could mean higher costs and benefit reductions to many on Medicare Advantage.

We’ve made it easy for you to have your voice heard.

Just call (877) 698-9228 (toll-free) or visit http://www.humanapartners.com for additional information about this issue and how you can offer helpful input to your elected officials.

Leading health reform proposals being considered in Washington, D.C., this summer include billions in Medicare Advantage funding cuts, as well as spending reductions to original Medicare and Medicaid. While these programs need to be made more efficient, if the proposed funding cut levels become law, millions of seniors and disabled individuals could lose many of the important benefits and services that make Medicare Advantage health plans so valuable.

On behalf of Humana’s 28,000 employees, I would like to thank you/or being a Humana membel~ We look forward to partnering with you to ensure the Medicare Advantage program remains strong, so you can have peace of mind about your health coverage-now and in the future!

Philip Painter, M.D. Chief Medical Officer
Humana Medicare

Why would the administration feel the need to stop this letter?

“It is wholly unacceptable for insurance companies to mislead seniors regarding any subject — particularly on a subject as important to them, and to the nation, as health care reform,” Baucus said Monday, disclosing the HHS investigation. What part of that letter was unacceptable?  The contact your congress part?

“As we continue our research into this issue, we are instructing you to immediately discontinue all such mailings to beneficiaries and to remove any related materials directed to Medicare enrollees from your Web sites,” said a notice from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.

Teresa DeCaro, an agency official, sent the notice to all companies that sell private Medicare coverage and stand-alone drug plans to seniors.

Are they afraid of an open dialog? Do insurance companies not have 1st Amendment rights? Does the administration feel they have the right to stop free speech? Does congress feel they have the ability to stop free speech?

Before my Insurance company is put out of business and I am forced to pay for insurance for others who choose not to pay for their own policies I wish to see this answered. Since there is no torte reform maybe this should be answered in court.

Most of the web sites that you try to find this letter are blocked, down, or under cyber attack. Why?

What do you think?

New Rules to run for President!ent

Presidents of the United States

1. You must live in the district of the politician you are donating money to.
No more getting lots of money from some entity on the other side of the country.

2. Promise never to pardon elected officials from federal crimes.
Sign a pledge. Let servants of the people who are convicted of crimes serve their time. See # 3?

3. Double the Sentence of any ELECTED official convicted of a federal Crime.

If a single Vote is cast for an elected position they must face double the penalty for any crime committed during their tenure. They must also serve out that sentence.

4. Maintain the dignity of the office out of office: Harry Truman was given a stipend. Yet he refused to ‘cash in’ on the presidency. When offered speaking fee’s he was quoted “You want the office of the president, and I’m not the man any longer.” If former Presidents are going to make millions out of office there is no reason for tax payers pay for 4 or 8 years of work. Go Harry.?

5. Mt Vernon is a privately funded National Landmark? Presidential libraries have the potential to keep us funding projects that are not meant to be public expenditures.
Would you agree upfront to fund your monuments or library privately. If not please don’t build it.?

6.Veto any and all legislation that places the Name of Elected Officials who are currently in office or have not been out of office for at least 10 years. The naming of publicly funded building, roads, bridges after yourselves at the taxpayer expense must be stopped.

7. Mandate the All Federal Officials follows the same laws, including the President.
Congress has exempted itself from laws it doesn’t want to follow. This should stop immediately. This should include health care, social security, retirement and so on, enough is enough.?

8. New Debate format? Internet Driven Debate as part of the process where you were each asked the Same Question, at the same time.
This would not be set up to “stump the Candidate” but get some real answers. Each Candidate would be placed in a sound proof room or even different cities for that matter. The questions would be asked via a video link. You get all the time needed to answer, but the Entire Answer is posted on the internet. This would offer 3rd party candidates the ability to participate. However with live, full posting, the American Public would benefit from the results.

9. Agree to a standardized FBI background check for all presidential Candidates and their spouses. Same as all Cabinet offices complete. If you can’t pass a background check we probably don’t need you running our country.

10. Never to spend more in the federal budget than is taken in with taxes. War is the only exception for a balanced budget. (this would include posting future monies… no accounting games!) 10 trillion and counting. The worst part is as of today our government doesn’t even know how much they are spending.
