What would you ask at the Health Care Summit?

In Health care, Obama, President obamas Cabinet on February 24, 2010 at 2:48 pm

If  you could ask President Obama, Harry Reid or Nancy Pelosi a question at the Health Care Summit, what would it be?

How about…

Why do Canadians leave their country, when they offer government run heath care to come here?

Why isn’t congress being added to this plan?

Who’s doctor is going to care for the next 30 million patients?

If I’ve been paying for my health care all along, why should I know pay for 30 million more?

How is a medical student going to repay their loans at the rate your paying doctors?

Why is this the governments business?

Should the people of Louisiana get a special deal, and if so why didn’t you offer this to all the states?

Whats your question?

Iranian Revolution

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad claimed February 11, 2009 that Iran has produced its first batch of uranium enriched to a higher level, saying his country will not be bullied by the West into curtailing its nuclear program a day after the U.S. imposed new sanctions.  Iran won’t be bullied, but will threaten the existence of Israel every chance it gets.  Is this really the intent of the UN or the Obama Administration?  Ahmadinejad reiterated to hundreds of thousands of cheering Iranians on the anniversary of the 1979 foundation of the Islamic republic that the country was now a “nuclear state,” an announcement he’s made before.    He insisted that Iran had no intention of building nuclear weapons.  If anyone really belives that Iran will not build a nuclear device is not paying any attention.  What will the cost of the region be when they have “the bomb”?

It was not clear how much enriched material had actually been produced just two days after the process was announced to have started.

The United States and some of its allies accuse Tehran of using its civilian nuclear program as a cover to build nuclear weapons but Tehran denies the charge, saying the program is just geared toward generating electricity.  Even though Iran at this point has not started construction of a power plant, they keep testing rockets.   “I want to announce with a loud voice here that the first package of 20 percent fuel was produced and provided to the scientists,” he said.  Enriching uranium produces fuel for a nuclear power plants but can also be used to create material for atomic weapons if enriched further to 90 percent or more.

“We have the capability to enrich uranium more than 20 percent or 80 percent but we don’t enrich (to this level) because we don’t need it,” he said in a speech broadcast live on state television.  A mad man in charge of a country that hates Israel and America, who has lied at every turn.  How much longer will the world stand back and wait?
“God willing, daily production (of low enriched uranium) will be tripled,” Ahmandinejad announced.  Won’t this be wonderful, we were worried about a bomb, maybe they are going to make a few of them.

The UN won’t help, Obama is not capable of a decision that will force them to stop.

Israel will have to go it alone.  What will the consequences of a nuclear Iran be for the region?  If Israel does attack in a defensive preemptive strike what will the world reaction be?  Shutting down of middle east oil?  Stock Markets dropping by half?  More crazed Israel hatters trying to blow them selves up in crowded markets as proof of their support for Iran.  Where is the world condemnation today?

Obama vs Las Vegas

In Obama, Terrorists on February 3, 2010 at 11:04 pm

“When times are tough, you tighten your belts,” Obama said, according to a White House transcript of his high school appearance in North Nashua, New Hampshire.

“You don’t go buying a boat when you can barely pay your mortgage,” Obama said. “You don’t blow a bunch of cash on Vegas when you’re trying to save for college. You prioritize. You make tough choices.”

Unlike the President who spends cash without the possibility of any return Las Vegas, Nevada always delivers for the rest of us.  Everyone over 21 years of Age should be so lucky as to visit Las Vegas.  The shows are spectacular, the Hotel are Opulent, the Food is Fabulous, the people are Friendly, the Lights are Bright, The air is Clean, and while your there you know exactly what is happening to your money.

Unlike the Obama Administration, which is in your pocket without your permission, isn’t bright, seems dirty and corrupt and they don’t care how old you are.  Yes, it would seem that if you have a choice, take Las Vegas every time over President Obama.

The real tough choice here is how long it will take Harry Reid to come out against his president?  Our priorities should be less Barack and Harry.

Speaking of Las Vegas, one of the few towns to finish anything since Obama took office, who has stayed and the amazing new city center?  Job well done Mr. Kerkorian  Hope you don’t have to pay to may taxes to a President and his administration who wants your customers to stay home.  I’m sure Mr. Wynn, or Adelson are feeling uneasy about him at the moment as well.

Dalai Lama photo opp

President Obama must meet publicly with the Dalai Lama when he comes to America. Despite threats from China, the Dalai Lama’s visit should be held at the White House with all the pomp and circumstance given to heads of state. Even as China tries to suggest that this is a bad idea, it is up to the President to stand his ground for human rights, especially when it comes to the leadership of a oppressed group of people. The Tibetans deserve to see America’s support. Since our President loves to bow to foreign leaders, lets hope President Obama will just shake hands and push for full press coverage. Bets would say the White House will back down and announce they met with no photo opp. The lack of a public meeting will show China we are as weak as they think we are!
